We know moving home can be stressful, so we made this video to explain our simple three-part process to moving into your new home!
Firstly, register your details. Send the full names and email addresses of those applying and we'll get a registration link out for you to complete.
Once we have received your details, we'll review and match them against the landlord's requirements. If we think it's a suitable match, we'll contact you to arrange a viewing.
Finally, now that you've viewed the property, and if you wish to apply, we'll send out an application link for you to complete. You'll be asked to verify the details you registered earlier in the process with formal documents such as payslips, benefit entitlement letters, proof of address, credit checks, previous landlord and employment references.
Please reach us at lettings@brooklandestatesproperty.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Maintenance is reported through our website via the Repair Portal.
It's quick, easy and you can upload pictures of the repair to help our team resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
The amount required to move in is stated on the specif property adverts.
however, as a rule of thumb, a month's rent and a deposit equivalent to a month's rent is required before moving in.
